About a month ago, my dear friend Aniqah (aniqahkhalid.com) tagged me in her ‘50 things about me’ post — or, how I like to refer to it when I think about doing it, the ‘will ruin your brain after the 25th point’ blog post.
I have tried to delay as much as possible the execution this challenge — YES! to me, this is a challenge — but time has now come. It is time for me to decide the limits of what I want to share with the internet. The time for me to find 50 things about me that could interesting enough for you. The time for me to write them now instead of recording me. Meet me at the point #36 to know why.

HERE IT STARTS:
- I was born and raised in France. TA-DA! Biggest news of the year, right?
- I have two older siblings — like waaaay older than me. Even though when I was a kid I found it weird to officially have siblings but growing up as an only child, in the way that I was playing alone most of the time. But now that I am an adult, we can drink together, go to dinner together, visit each other’s flats. Pretty cool.
- I have three (small) tattoos, so far.
- I love reading and writing.
- I prefer reading a book before watching its adaptation. I believe that seeing a film beforehand ruins the story. There is no more space for creativity; places are know, so are outfits, faces and voices. I have never been able to finish some books because of this problem.
- I am more or less an introvert — who tried to be extrovert in the past, but who I prefer being a kind of extroverted introvert rather than an introverted extrovert.
- OH! I am a girl. Well, legally I am a woman, but right now I feel like a girl.
- I am said to be a version of Monica Geller in my flat, when I think I’m more like a Rachel Greene. I might even be Phoebe Buffay. But in the situation in which I am Monica Geller, during exam period, my bedroom is her messy-wardrobe that she hides from everyone.
- I can’t survive a day without drinking coffee — two black coffees per day minimum.
- I love my mom’s wardrobe. If I could, I would bring a lot of things back with me to London.
- I love European royal families history!
- I can be amazed by the smallest things in the news or history and spent hours searching for information or similar stories without realising it. Especially when it comes to natural science.
- For the past few years, between two countries or two cities, trains have become synonyms to "back home". I love trains.

- I am currently addicted to the TV show ER. It was the best TV show EVER and I just wish it could come back to live. (NDLR, It is the TV show with which George Clooney started to be famous)
- I do not die my hair or wear a whig. I am a real ginger.
- I am said to have a good head for wearing hats and beanies. "La Tête A Chapeau" is still the nickname that some people call me with.
- I love buying accessories.
- I am listening to a 2000s playlist while writing this post -- and singing. Poor flatmates...
- Walking around London with a camera (tripod sometimes) and a great album or playlist running on your iPod is I believe the best way to spend any day of the week, of the weekend, preferably when it is not not windy not raining.
- I am based in London.
-I miss that time when we were sending letters and cards etc. And when we were buying stamps and that I could never remember the word "stamp" in English.
- My age.
- I have a hard time understanding how people can be rude to each other or violent. Ask.fm for example, might have been a great idea at the moment of its creation, but ever since it became THE platform for cyber bullying, it should be shut down — or way more regulated. I have read horrendous things on this website, and everyone (from the Ask.fm team) seems untouched it. Outrageous!

- Following a lot of Youtubers pushes me to go out of the shell I have created for myself and start doing something I love with my life. Getting out of your comfort zone is always great.
- This thing is way harder to do than what you can think!
- This thing is way harder to do than what you can think!
- I don't need a lot of sleep to be efficient during the day. Between 3 and 5 hours are good enough for me — which also mean that I drink a lot of coffee and that once in a while (a long while), I collapse and sleep for 12 hours.
- Have I already said that I love coffee?
- I sometimes miss these days with no internet, when children were out playing around, laughing and screaming all the time, instead of creating a Facebook profile as soon as they turn 12. I am part of the last generation who knew the world without internet, and I feel sorry for the generations following ours. Grandma Emilie is back!
- I miss sitting by a chimney fire to discuss, read, work or watch TV.
- If I had three wishes, I would use one of them to change the mind of the bad guys so they can become good guys. This would bring world peace and would make everyone happy.
- Every month, I receive a My Little Box. To me this is a small part of home following me, but it is also meeting the needs and interests of non-French subscribers. I LOVE MY LITTLE BOX!
- My favourite movie is Sissi with Romy Schneider and Karl Heinz Böhm.
- Shoooooooooooes!
- I have a weird fascination for the Kardashians. I dislike them, but I cannot miss an episode of KUWTK. Horrible! Need to be cured!
- At the moment, I would say that one of my favourite books is Noggin, by John Corey Whaley.
- The camera I used to record my Youtube videos belonged to my friend Eshy The Teddy. I couldn't possibly keep it for the rest of my life.
- I love spending time on my computer learning more about how to create some stuff on it (with Photoshop, InDesign, and PremierePro for example) before putting it out there.
- When I leave England, the thing I will miss the most (apart from my friends) would probably be sausage rolls...
- Like a lot of bloggers, I love people’s company, but I prefer my own. By that I mean that going for a walk, a coffee, shopping day and sometimes lunch on my own is not something that I am afraid of. I quite like it better some days. For a few years now, going to gigs on my own makes me enjoy them better. If you don’t understand why, you should try it.
- My musical crush of the moment is James Bay.
- I love photography.
- I wish I had more money to travel the world.
- My all-time favourite band (today's opinion) is The Cure.
- I cannot make a life-time decision on "What's-your-favourite" kind of questions. It changes with my mood of the day.
- I wish the movie Brave was out when I was young, (i) to have another ginger princesses (ii) to show that being a free-spirit and introvert is synonym to being ginger (iii) to show that you do not need sell your voice to be with a man to be someone (iv) not to identify with a lion with orange hair (v) because we need more ginger princesses!
- The members of my family are my life-time heroes.
- I dislike Frozen way to much. And 'Let It Go' (or 'Libérée, Délivrée') is one of the worst songs that was ever used by Disney movies.
- My favourite current band is Dog is Dead (DID).
- Most of the knitted things that I wear are made by my mom or my sister. Which is something that I highly appreciate as I don't have to force myself to love a colour, and no one has these clothes apart from me.

I have been told that I need to tag or nominate people myself. But I'm in a mood for letting people escape this sentence. However, if you want to do the tag, you can consider yourself tagged by me. (don't forget to let me know, so I can know a bit more about you).
