Fashion is timeless concept where trends from a period of time often come back to life decades later to bring memories for those of us who have had the chance to enjoy them the first time around. Colourful or minimalist, elegant or casual, we all wear items that have been inspired from the fashion of decades ago, without really realising it.
To prepare yesterday's Fashion Inspiration of the Week, I went through many family pictures to pick the one that that I wanted. During this process, I have realised that what my mom was wearing 30 or more years ago was still trendy nowadays. And this is why I have decided to created this post - that may change into a series of similar posts - to present to you a way to rock the trends from the 50s, 60s and 70s.
I have chosen to use ASOS as a source of shopping for obvious reasons of simplicity during the process.
